Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Every piece is checked before it is packed so that it arrives in the condition shown on the product page.
Packaging
We pack each order carefully to protect it during transit. Bags and jewelry may include a dust bag, box, or care card depending on the item. The packaging included is described on the product page.
Shipping Time & Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Estimated delivery is 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Tracking details are sent by email after the order is dispatched.
